Connections rock

I knew Aaron from Lithia Toyota would come through for me. Because I'm an MR2 Owner's Club member, he can get me a $210 part for $160 shipped. And customer service is the best as well.

UPDATE 1: So James in PA has probably left the country with my $65 by now. Note to everyone who uses eBay - pay with a credit card. Should something like this happen, it is much easier to contest and/or reverse charges like this. Thankfully I put this on my Mastercard, so if it isn't resolved through eBay/PayPal, my bank will be on them like a fat kid on cake.

UPDATE 2: I called Lithia Toyota in Springfield, Oregon and ordered the part for $161 shipped. As a comparison, the quote given to me at Toyota of Keene was $210 for the part alone, so I made off pretty good. Delivery is expected Saturday or Monday, so this could mean my car will be useable next week (assuming that it's only out of gas and not something more serious).

And I opened a PayPal dispute with James, hoping to get my $65 back for this non-nonexistent part of his. We'll see how that goes.
